They are all well established and lot of things in their pocket but this software are all separate and most of them you need to download and install in a PC (stand alone software) where you cannot access them outside your office.
So when my business started to grow I start searching for the proper tool. But most of them does not fit my budget as my business is still not that big.
Like the powerful netsuite which cost around $9 per month and only offer CRM. This are the thing to make my business organize but If I used them I have to used 2 different software and pay the 2 amount.
This kind of software are very important for my business to keep close with my sales force and costumers.
But using the 2 software will be a hassle as I have to switch every time I need to update.

A all in one software where I can track my Sales, my invoice, my proposal, calendar, where I can send invoice, Send weekly newsletter to my client, Keep them happy with the helpdesk as I can answer all of their question in one place. The good thing about it. If I can’t handle their Ticket I can ask other in my department to answer the ticket with one Click.
Okey Very long introduction I’m just happy I’m using this business software right now Same Business software that is being used by VOLVO and GE capital I feel my business are big as this giant. REMOTIA software really help me organize my business.
